Article 19  Chris Day’s Project Evolve Launches Global Cannabis Network Collective (GCNC)

Listen to the T-POD:

Today, Denver-based Project Evolve, the marketing think tank serving the cannabis industry, formally launched the Global Cannabis Network Collective (GCNC).

The Collective, which soft-opened in May, is only the first step for the fledgling Project Evolve, launched in February 2020 by Day and Jillian Reddish, another MJBizDaily alumnus and primary driver behind the GCNC’s content and member platform. Project Evolve’s aim is to serve the cannabis industry by creating a space to drive deal flow, knowledge share, and a strengthening of an ethical and sustainable global cannabis industry.

The GCNC will focus on international expansion within the cannabis industry supply chain for its multinational membership that will include operators from North and South America, Australia, Europe, Asia, and Africa. The Collective is expected to deliver practical knowledge and proactive solutions to challenges faced by cannabis and ancillary companies around the world.

In addition to the general membership launch, GCNC has initiated an international advisory board. Plans are underway for such exclusives as member-generated white papers, as well as real-time and pre-recorded guidance from niche thought leaders.

“We are excited by the enthusiasm of the most influential multinational cannabis industry operators and suppliers from around the world who have joined our efforts to further information exchange and business opportunity across our network,” said Chris Day, Co-Founder of Project Evolve and former VP of External Relations & Global Partnerships at MJBizDaily.

For those interested in joining the GCNC, limited openings are available for senior-level operators wishing to join the network at www.alwaysdriveinnovation.com/cannabis. The first full meeting of the global members will be October 15. Cannabis executives with active operations in at least two countries may request to attend.
